This is: Jantine Raaphorst – Project manager

Our team consists of about 40 employees, so there's always something to tell. In the section 'This is' we interview a colleague about his or her work, but also about dreams, trends and what we have just wanted to know about it. This is Jantine Raaphorst!

Hi, who are you and what are you doing at Buro N11?

My name is Jantine Raaphorst, I am 41 years old and live in Bodegraven with my husband René and daughters Lisa and Sanne. I have been working at Buro N11 as project manager since 1998.

What do you like about it?

I really like to arrange projects from A to Z: from newsletters to staff magazines, and from business cards to Christmas packages. Although the focus is becoming more and more on online, we also do a lot with print. The contact I have with customers, printers or other suppliers, for example, makes my work interesting, varied and very fun.

What are you most proud of?

That we've been around for so long and always keep moving along! And that we've been working with some customers for so long.

How do you keep up to date with what's going on in your field?

Inspiration is everywhere: I have a closet full of special or crazy envelopes and gift packaging. You get something yourself, keep it in mind for the customer. It's always going to come in handy.

What's the last book you've read?

Esther Verhoef's latest thriller, Façade.

About the photo: from where the tennis racket?

I really like tennis and prefer to hang out at the tennis court, super cozy.

What three things are you happy about?

Conviviality with my friends and family, dancing and on holiday! I just got back from a weekend Malaga with girlfriends.

What are you listening to in the car?

Actually, I love all kinds of music, but in the car I prefer to turn the Top 40. Sing along!

What's your biggest dream?

Shopping with the girls in New York. Or a few months traveling through North and South America.

What question would you ask which colleague?

Huib, I'm so curious what you have on your fingers in the N11 photo? Tell?!
