Who's the customer?
Cartec is one of the largest companies in the world when it comes to car polishing products. The Dutch family business from Benthuizen sells their products in more than 50 countries around the world.
What was the assignment?
Developing an international business card that reflects cartec's growth, ambition and story." Givin
g people all over the world the best car care experience possible" is cartec's mission. The challenge was to convey this experience to the site visitor.
Cartec would like to take the next step. That meant a corporate website that exudes the right professionalism. Cartec thinks it's important to tell a substantive story. So: what is their history, what are their values, goals and what products do they develop and deliver?
The website is the business card for the company. The design is based on the elements modern, professional, fresh, bright and quality. The website uses four themes that each have their own colour and photography palette.
Cartec's story is shaped by a thoughtful content strategy. The seven content pillars are based on the different product groups and cartec core values. These pillars are enhanced by its own colour palette and matching photography.
In the development of the site, extra attention has been paid to animating elements and transitions. This gives the whole a dynamic experience. The landing page is so rigged that screens are always picture-filling and that on any device, from smartphone to HD desktop. In short: there is a lot of movement in the front end!
Also a special part is the Cartec World map. In this you will find all distributors worldwide, so that the link with the domain is CartecWorld.com directly established. Because Cartec operates internationally, the website is of course multilingual.
